Shipping policy
The Build Plate uses Chit Chats and Canada Post to ship your order. This can take anywhere from 2-7 business days for order in Canada and 3-6 days for orders in the USA. Please note that business days exclude holidays and weekends.
The Build Plate is not held responsible for:
- mistakes made by the selected mail courier
- wrong address given by customers
- damage to order by postal service
- PO box issues
- stolen packages after delivery

Delivery Times
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days. Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Build Plate is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
